Paul Bachand is the Executive Chef and Owner of Recipe, located in Newberg, OR. He worked briefly in France and Spain before deciding to move to the Willamette Valley of Oregon. His menu showcases thoughtfully prepared wine country cuisine, utilizing the finest ingredients while always adapting to the seasons enthusiastically.
