2025 Roserock North Gamay Noir

The fruit was hand-picked from just seven planted acres of Gamay Noir, grown on our Roserock North property in the Eola-Amity Hills. Fermented with whole clusters in a single stainless steel fermenter, the wine underwent semi-carbonic maceration, a technique that enhances aromatic lift while preserving the natural brightness of the fruit. Aging entirely in stainless steel further protected its delicate character, allowing the wine to express freshness, finesse, and a vivid sense of place. A strong follow up to the sold out 2024 Vintage
