In my glass, I am struck by all the qualities I cherish in a wine: complexity, refinement, silkiness, fresh texture and effortless length. The bouquet is symphonic, including red plums, cedar, sous-bois (forest floor), and various spices. On the palate, it is a true beauty that will pair well with refined dishes, and continue to age gracefully with distinction and elegance. Cuvée XIII is complete.
