Please join us for Origins & Pairings, a sublime exploration of wine and food pairing at its most imaginative. Our friend and culinary guide, Chef Christian Ephrem, has taken up the challenge of creating wildly unexpected food and wine combinations. Chef Christian’s menu blends international techniques with ingredients that sparkle and cross culinary borders. He himself has traveled to more than 40 countries in search of flavor and inspiration.
Each course is paired with wines from Roserock, Domaine Drouhin Oregon, and Maison Joseph Drouhin. Chef Christian will share the story behind each dish, followed by a conversation about the pairing—why it works, and what it reveals. And to finish, we go into the library for the 2021 Cuvée Pinot Noir Louise & 2015 Pinot Noir Laurène, a perfect way to end a lovely lunch experience.
