Will Call: If you have already indicated a preference for picking up your wine club shipments, your wine will be ready to be picked up beginning Saturday, October 12th.

Shipping: For our non-will call members, your wine will held until the shipping date listed below, unless you have already prearranged a shipping date/method with us.

FedEx Shipping Information
FIND A FREE FEDEX DELIVERY LOCATION
Shipping to a FedEx delivery location is a convenient way to have your wine shipment delivered, and with thousands of locations across the United States, you’ll have an option near you.
IMPORTANT: Packages shipped via FedEx cannot be delivered to a UPS office.
If you would like to set your default shipping address to a FedEx pickup location, please follow these instructions:
- Visit https://www.fedex.com/locate/
- Under “I WANT TO …” click “More” and select “Hold at location.”
- Enter your address in the locator search bar, then click the magnifying glass icon for a list of local pickup locations.
- Once you find your preferred pickup location, log in to your account to update your default address as shown:

STANDARD DELIVERY OPTIONS
- Deliveries to residential addresses are made Monday through Saturday 9am-8pm by FedEx Home Delivery.
- Deliveries to business addresses are made Monday through Friday by end of the business day by FedEx Ground.
- Expedited deliveries (3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight) will be made Monday through Friday by FedEx Express.
- No shipments can be sent to PO Box addresses, as a signature is required by law for all alcohol deliveries.

Weather Holds And Restrictions
Severe weather can compromise wine. Wine is a perishable item. We keep a close eye on national forecasts to ensure we ship your wine in the best conditions possible. We may issue shipping advisories during the summer and winter months and may hold your wine shipment due to temperatures that are too hot or cold. The decision to ship wine at any time is ultimately yours, but we will not guarantee or replace wine that is weather-damaged once we’ve issued an advisory and informed you of the risk of shipping during inclement weather.
Specifically, when shipping, if temperatures are above 80° or below 35° anywhere on the path of the shipment to you, we will hold the order until more moderate temperatures return.
If there are any weather-related concerns, we highly recommend upgrading to an expedited shipping option, or simply holding the wines and waiting for temperatures to moderate. We do sell cold-pack inserts ($15 for 1-6 bottles: $19 for 7-12 bottles). The cold packs only last 2 days, so you must choose 2nd-day air for states other than Oregon and Washington.
