Vietnamese Lunch – Only 2 Tables Remain!

While the landscape of travel has shifted in 2020, we can still embrace culinary adventure! In that spirit, we’ve created Passeport du Monde, our first-ever weekly culinary series.

On August 11th, we find ourselves transported to in South East Asia. As we travel to Vietnam, we’ll enjoy a flavorful mix of cultures, including a strong French influence. We hope you can join us as Chefs Christian and Janelle Ephrem delight our sense with the smells and flavors of Vietnam!

We hope you enjoy this opportunity to unite with friends and family for a journey around the world with DDO – at DDO. Each event will be limited by design to keep us all safe, and tickets are limited, so we appreciate your understanding if some of your preferred dates and times aren’t available. We’re all adjusting to a new way of doing things.

August 11, 2020 – Vietnam

Lunch is served on the terrace. The $125 per person ticket price includes lunch with matched wines for $50 and a $75 wine credit to be used on the reservation day for carry out or shipped bottles.

Meet Christian and Janelle Ephrem, the couple behind Compass Craft Catering. With years of experience in some of Las Vegas’s finest restaurants, and a global perspective, their approach to food is unique. Both have worked in world-class kitchens, including the 2-star Michelin restaurant Guy Savoy, and Wolfgang Puck’s, Spago. Travel throughout 17 countries across the Americas, Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia helped build upon the couple’s strong foundation of skills and techniques. These experiences allowed them to gather perspective about each country’s footprint on the global culinary landscape.  

  • A $75.00 credit towards the purchase of wine is included in your ticket price. This credit is only valid on the reservation day for carry out or shipped bottles. Not redeemable for cash value.
  • Lunch includes 3 courses with wine pairings curated to highlight the unique flavors from the diverse menu offerings.
  • Credit Cards will be billed at the time of booking.
  • Due to the limited nature of these events, we are unable to issue refunds if your cancellation is received within five days of the event.
  • Maximum of four guests allowed at a table.
  • Masks will be required when you’re not seated at your table.
