Meet Christian and Janelle Ephrem, the couple behind Compass Craft Catering. With years of experience in some of Las Vegas’s finest restaurants, and a global perspective, their approach to food is unique. Both have worked in world-class kitchens, including the 2-star Michelin restaurant Guy Savoy, and Wolfgang Puck’s, Spago. Travel throughout 17 countries across the Americas, Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia helped build upon the couple’s strong foundation of skills and techniques. These experiences allowed them to gather perspective about each country’s footprint on the global culinary landscape.
